eXaudio: Lyrics

This song was written in memory of Rory Hartley (Brian and Matt's cousin). Rory was also a musician (it runs in the family!), and they all jammed together for many years before he tragically died in a motorcycle accident.

 Sunday morning came & went it was late that afternoon when I heard about his death

I sat & cried alone thought maybe I was wrong

But I can’t blame myself for this

The thought of his death made me confused

Then I remembered how he sang the blues

Used to make me laugh used to make me cry

Now it makes me wonder why we have to die

 

So leave me alone for now so I can pray

It seems like he’s not here now but he will be someday
